These terms apply to repairs, products and services provided by Savji Mobiles (“we”, “us”) at Savji Mobile, 3, Nearby D-Mart, Century Rayon Colony, Nehru Nagar, P.S. Shahad, Dhobighat, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra 421301 and to your use of this website. By handing over a device, buying a product or using the website you agree to them.

1. Prices and estimates

• Prices on the website (for example “starting from ₹1,099” for screen replacement, combo change and fitting) are starting prices. The final price depends on your phone brand and model, the part required and the fault.
• We give you a quote after checking the phone and before starting the repair. Work begins only after you agree. If we find an additional fault during the repair, we will tell you before doing extra work that changes the price.
• Prices and product availability can change without notice. Accessories shown on the website are for information only.

2. Repairs and your device

• Back up your data. Repairs, software work and water-damage recovery can erase or lose data. Please back up photos, contacts and files before you give us the phone. We are not responsible for data loss.
• Remove screen locks or tell us the code if we need to test the phone, and remove your SIM and memory card unless needed. Tell us about any known faults.
• Some faults, especially liquid damage, drop damage and old or heavily damaged phones, carry a risk that the device cannot be repaired or that other hidden faults appear during or after repair. We will explain the risk before we begin.
• Opening a device may affect any manufacturer warranty it still has.
• We may use genuine, original-quality or compatible parts depending on the model and your choice. We tell you what is being fitted.
• You confirm that you own the device or are authorised to have it repaired. We do not carry out repairs or unlocking intended to bypass a device’s lawful security or to help with stolen devices, and we may refuse such work.
• Please collect your repaired device promptly after we inform you it is ready, and bring your receipt.

3. Warranty

Warranty applies only to the repaired part and does not cover physical or liquid damage after repair. Please keep this receipt for warranty claims.

• The warranty period and what it covers are stated on your receipt.
• It covers a defect in the part we replaced or in our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused after the repair, such as drops, cracks, pressure, liquid or heat damage, tampering or repair by someone else, nor normal wear.
• To claim, bring the device and the original receipt to our shop. We will repair or replace the faulty part, at our choice. Warranty is not exchangeable for cash.

4. Accessories and products

• Accessories (cases, tempered glass and screen guards, earphones, earbuds, headphones, chargers, cables, power banks, smartwatches and others) are sold in the shop only. This website does not accept online orders or payments and we do not deliver.
• Please check the product, fit and compatibility with your phone before you pay. Manufacturer warranty, where available, is provided by the brand and is subject to its terms.
• Tempered glass and screen guards fitted at the shop cannot be replaced once applied unless the fitting was faulty.

5. Payment and receipts

Payment is made in the shop by cash, UPI or card, after the work is done, unless we agree otherwise for an expensive part. We issue a receipt for every sale. If you give us your email or WhatsApp number we may send the receipt there. Please keep it for warranty claims.

6. Website use

• You agree to give correct information in enquiry forms and not to misuse the website, send spam or try to break its security.
• We try to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee that it is always up to date, complete or free of errors. Information on the website is not a binding offer.
• All content, logos and designs on this website belong to Savji Mobiles and may not be copied without permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a repair or product is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, business or profit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra. We would always like to resolve a problem with you directly first, so please talk to us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
