Savji Mobiles (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs the mobile repair shop and accessories store at Savji Mobile, 3, Nearby D-Mart, Century Rayon Colony, Nehru Nagar, P.S. Shahad, Dhobighat, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra 421301 and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using this website or giving us your details in the shop you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry and contact forms: your name, mobile number, optional email address, the service or product you ask about, your phone brand and model, and the message you write.
Shop visits and receipts: your name, mobile number, optional email address, the device repaired, the services or products bought, the amount and mode of payment, and the date and time of the visit.
Technical data: basic data your browser sends to any website (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested). We use it to keep the site secure, to limit abuse of our forms and to fix errors.
Calls, WhatsApp and email: if you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we keep the conversation details needed to help you.

We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, bank details, Aadhaar or other sensitive identity documents through this website. You can pay in the shop in cash, by UPI or by card.

2. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or product availability.
To repair your device, issue your receipt and honour the warranty on the repair.
To send you the receipt, a confirmation, or a thank-you message by WhatsApp or email, including a link to rate us on Google.
To keep our accounts and records as required by law.
To protect the website from spam and misuse, and to improve our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing spam.

3. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential cookie is set only for the shop’s administrators when they sign in to the staff panel; visitors do not receive it. Embedded content such as Google Maps may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only where needed to run the service:

Service providers that host the website, store our records and deliver email and files (for example Cloudflare, Google Firebase / Firestore and our email delivery provider). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
Google when you open our Google Maps location, directions or Google review links.
Authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. Receipt links

Each receipt has a private download link that contains a long, random code. Anyone who has the link can open that receipt, so please share it only with people you trust. Receipt links are not listed on the website and are not indexed by search engines.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Receipts and payment records are kept for as long as needed for warranty claims and for our accounting and tax obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

Our data is stored with reputable cloud providers over encrypted connections, access to the staff panel is password-protected, and only authorised staff can see customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to us contacting you. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

Our site links to services such as Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram and WhatsApp. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
